Booking prices & optional add ons
Bookings can be made for any duration but minimum 3 nights stay (all seasons apart from high season). Prices given are per week and per night. £100 payment by cheque/bank transfer secures your booking. Full payment/balance, plus £100 security deposit cheque (see below), due 10 weeks prior to stay.
In the event of cancellation, if you give more than 8 weeks notice all monies will be refunded to you; if 4 -8 weeks notice 50% will be refunded. There will be no refund on cancellations of less than 4 weeks.
Low Season (excludes Christmas and New Year)
£440 per week / £385 OAP Rate (full week bookings only)
8th November 2025 – 6th March 2026
7th November 2026 – 6th March 2027
Mid-Season
£660 per week or £150 per night (minimum 2 nights booking)
7th March 2026 – 20th June 2026
5th September 2026 – 7th November 2026
High Season
£770 per week (full week Saturday to Saturday bookings only)
20th June 2026 – 5th September 2026
26th June 2027 – 11th September 2027
What’s included:
Prices include all linen (including change of linen as required), household towels, beach towels and high chair, booster seat and travel cot if required plus use of electric, gas and water during your stay.
Accidents happen and it would be much appreciated if you could inform us of any such matter during your holiday so that things can be rectified promptly for you. £100 security deposit will be held to cover the unlikely event of significant damage to the property or contents. This will be returned to you immediately after your holiday assuming all is well.
