Comfortably furnished open plan room with TV and DVD player, free Wi-Fi also available. The sofa can convert into a double sofa bed. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Stairs to first floor lead off the dining area.

Washing machine, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and glasses, cutlery plus pots and pans and cooking utensils are all included – everything you need! Tea towels are provided. Combi-boiler provides central heating and hot water. Electric, gas and water included.

Main Bedroom (galleried with no door)
Double divan bed. All linen is provided. A hairdryer is also provided. Plenty of space. A travel cot is available if needed. Please bring your own baby’s pillow and bedding.

En suite off the main bedroom. Bath with shower over.
